I've been a corporate trainer/adult educator for the past 20+ years. I have a MBA and was Vice President of Human Resources at a company with 15,000 employees. I have been told I know my stuff. But more importantly, my training and development sessions are:

• Completely customized to meet an organizations' needs. I don't use off the shelf training programs unless you ask me to. I create each and every program from scratch
• My training programs are practical and usable. Adult learners (for the most part) don't give a fig about theory.
